  • Together–the investors, sponsors, and partners of CrowdStreet–are reinventing real estate investing end-to-end. Fundamental to this transformation is a major shift, not only in how investors and sponsors connect online, but also in how we can create a more efficient, transparent, and trustworthy market for all participants.
  • With direct access to a range of vetted, institutional-quality commercial real estate opportunities, CrowdStreet gives investors the ability to diversify their portfolio with the 3rd-largest asset class in our country.

Equity at CrowdStreet – 2020 Updates:

  • Our focus for 2020 is on Inclusion. We want to ensure that we work diligently to ensure our internal/existing community is welcoming so that when we bring on new employees that they will stay and grow with our company.
  • We recognize Equity is a core value for the health and well-being of our people at CrowdStreet. This is not just a ‘nice to have’ but necessary to build a successful company.
  • We formalized an Equity Steering Committee in February 2020. This team will ensure that we set objectives on a quarterly basis and keep us accountable to those objectives.
  • CrowdStreet is working with OpenSesame and De La Salle to increase the awareness of the Corporate Work Study Program within the TechTown community of companies. The long term goal is to get more TechTown companies involved and hosting De La Salle students. We are in the process of putting together a shared resource about the Corporate Work Study program so that more companies can more easily form a proposal and pitch to their respective leadership teams.
  • CrowdStreet continues to lead Ally Skills workshops for our employees. We are close to having half of our team members trained through this workshop!

Thank you TechTown for being our trusted partner and helping us make CrowdStreet a more equitable organization!
